Imperial Regional Alliance is soliciting proposals for a Qualified Environmental Professional to carry out the activities of an EPA Brownfields Assessment Cooperative Agreement across Imperial County.

Imperial Regional Alliance requires a well-managed and financially-sound Qualified Environmental Professional with demonstrated skills and technical ability, high level of customer service, responsiveness, and satisfaction, in order to fulfill the requirements outlined in this RFP.

PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME. IMPERIAL REGIONAL ALLIANCE WILL NOT CONSIDER PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THE DUE DATE.
